Becoming a Physiotherapist has fulfilled Abin’s lifelong dream of working in a profession dedicated to assisting individuals in repairing, retraining, and returning to their best selves — empowering them to understand their bodies and achieve their optimal potential.

With broad clinical experience, Abin provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions across all age groups. His expertise covers everything from workplace and motor vehicle injuries to back, shoulder, and neck pain, acute sporting injuries, and osteoarthritis management. He also offers tailored pre- and post-operative rehabilitation to support a smooth recovery journey.

Abin has extensive experience treating clients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis, and he has a special interest in promoting health and mobility among older adults.

Driven by his passion for helping people get back to doing what they love, Abin combines a hands-on approach with evidence-based care. His treatments often integrate soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and targeted exercise therapy to support faster and more effective recovery. He is also trained in Advanced Neuromuscular Dry Needling, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), and the Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy.

Abin is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Physiotherapy New Zealand, ensuring he remains current with the latest research

and treatment techniques. He is also furthering his expertise through a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) at the University of Sydney, with the goal of providing the best possible care for clients at every stage of life.

A proud Wollongong local, Abin enjoys living and working in his hometown. Outside of the clinic, he values spending quality time with his family and embracing an active, healthy lifestyle.
