Dr Adnan Rashid was born in Dubai and completed his medical training in the United Kingdom. He initially trained as a rheumatologist in London, working alongside experienced consultants, before transitioning to general practice in 2019. Dr Rashid discovered his true calling in general practice, valuing the deep satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in his patients' lives.

Outside of his medical career, Dr Rashid is an avid outdoor adventurer with a passion for staying active. He enjoys combining fitness, travel, and outdoor experiences to embrace life to the fullest.
