Dr Shady Hegazy is a full-time General Practitioner with a broad interest in family medicine and skin cancer management. With a foundation in orthopaedic surgical training, he has experience in managing musculoskeletal injuries and performing a range of skin procedures, including excisions, flaps, and complex wound closures.

His clinical interests include general medicine, paediatrics, antenatal care, mental health, sexual health, and musculoskeletal health. Dr Hegazy values the continuity and variety of general practice and aims to provide evidence-based, long-term care in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Dr Hegazy currently consults at Skin² in Dapto. He has completed multiple accredited Australian skin cancer training programs and is undertaking the Professional Diploma of Skin Cancer Surgery Principles to further develop his skills in this field.

Known for his practical approach, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills, he places importance on patient education and continuity of care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing basketball and spending quality time with his family.
